The model 504 was one of the great success models of Peugeot and was built in all variants over more than 3.3 million times. Even today these cars as highly regarded as daily car in various countries such as Africa, Asia and South America. Their reliability exceed that of many new car! The limousine were offered with 1.8 and 2-liter carburetor and 2 liter injection engine. The power spectrum ranged from 82 to 106 hp. Additionally there were diesel engines of 55 to 65 hp. The design of all 504 models comes from Pininfarina and can be described from today's perspective as timelessly elegant.
The vehicle was first registered in July 1973 in Greece and was up to its export in spring 2016 Â still with its first owner! This cabriolet was painted over from the original cream color to the current dark gray metallic in the early 2000s.
The car has its original engine, which was reconditioned in 2011/12. Also at the same time the fabric roof was renewed.
This 504 cabrio is in a running "daily driver" condition and requires a H-Certification (historic) and also a TÜV approval in Germany.
