A 9ct gold amethyst pendant. Designed as an oval-shape amethyst within a rope-twist surround, with circular amethyst cabochon terminal and similarly-set bar detail. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 2000. Length 4.4cms. Weight 7.8gms.

Amethyst medium to light purple, fairly well saturated, with good clarity and some very small typical inclusions visible under magnification.
