This rug masterpiece is a highly detailed Persian qome (or ghome or qom) rug with a high kpsi. Its wonderful design pattern is over an ivory, royal blue and green background. Natural colors include red, blue, green, gold, olive, ivory, beige, etc. with the most beautiful red border. This qome rug is 100% authentic.
Qum rugs are woven in workshops of Qum, a city of Northwest central Iran. Qum weavers prefer to weave the most favorable designs of other Persian weaving groups and sometimes Caucasian weaving groups, adjusting designs to their own taste.
