Circa 1880, Chiming Maidens automated quarter repeater hunting case pocket watch, 14K yellow gold case, polychrome enamel, 2"dia.

Overall very good condition and watch is currently in working order. Chimes are working well, but off by two hours. Plastic covering works is not completely secure. Pocket watch with gold hunting case, front case opens by pressing pendant, engraved inside front case: "14K/64," clock is inseeton face, Roman numerals, separate seconds dial in Arabic numbers, clock dial and seconds dial have red enamel background, clock surrouned by gold floral ornamentation and two women in blue dresses ready to strike bells, clock wound by lever, set by pulling gold slide at side of watch toward the hinge activates animation, women chime the time on their bells, back case opens by hinge, engraved inside back case: "14K/ 46964 H & J Blumenthal Freres/ Constantinople," opens again to works, engraved inside that case, "14K/ 46964," case covered by crystal.
