Description

The fabrics are mostly velvets and silks, while the fine needlework is a glorious sampling of intricate stitches and styles. Mounted under glass in a folk art frame. The quilted piece, which is in excellent condition, probably dates from the 1890's to around 1910, while the frame is probably first quarter 20th century. The framed size is 21-1/2" X 17-1/4", with an image area of 9" X 13".
