Native American Indian, hand-hewn, very large burl bowl, 18th century, 18 3/4" W x 7" H. Museum deaccessioned. Good condition - HAS A REPAIR IN THE KNOT AT THE BOTTOM THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN MADE AT THE TIME IT WAS CREATED. THE PIECE ADDED IS DIFFINTELY OLD AND ORIGINAL TO THE PIECE. THERE ARE TWO CHIPS TO THE RIM THAT AGAIN ARE VERY OLD AND PROBABLY THERE FROM THE TIME IT WAS CREATED.
