20th century, the first with acid-etched maker's mark of J. Hoare & Co., Corning, a large slightly tapering cylindrical vase (20.25'' H x 6.25'' Dia.); the second apparently unmarked, a squat circular flower center vase surmounted by a stepped neck terminating in a flared mouth (6.75'' H 10.75'' Dia.), 2 pieces, est: $1000/1500

Each in overall good condition, with scattered minor scratches, fleabites and nicks, including two .25''-wide nicks to body and one .125'' fleabite to rim of cylindrical vase and two .25''-long nicks to body and one .125'' nick to underside of wide vase.
