NOTES / REFERENCES: Grigory Gluckmann was born on October 25, 1898 in the Russian town of Vitebsk. Grigory Gluckmann’s studio subjects and scenes from modern life were distinguished by their rich color and sensuous technique. In 1917 he entered the Art Academy at Moscow.
