Condition: Good
Condition Notes: To the unaided eye, the piece appears to be in good condition. There is some scuffing and stains in the area of the painted sky. Under ultraviolet light there is a normal florescence of artist's pigments and varnish, and no signs of restoration. The piece is framed in gold colored frame. The frame is in good condition with normal wear. Verso - Written on the back of the panel presumably in the artist's hand: The Hills of La Quinta.
