Description
Two late Victorian 15ct gold swallow brooches. The first designed as a split pearl swallow atop a split pearl accent asymmetric bar, the second designed as a textured swallow suspending a heart with 'Good Luck' text. Lengths 3.9 and 4.4cms. Weight 5gms.
Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear. Discolouration to metal. Text on curved bar brooch slightly bent. Split pearls with slight yellowish-white lustre. Stamped 15ct. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
