Four 9ct gold gem-set dress rings. To include an amethyst ring, an opal ring, an opal doublet ring and a blue gem ring. Hallmarks for 9ct gold. Weight 11.9gms.

Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

Blue gem band cut through.

Opal ring shows alteration to the band.

Amethyst medium purple, with fairly good saturation and good clarity, showing no obvious inclusions under magnification.

Opal white body colour, showing a fairly poor play-of-colour and varied hues, with extensive flat patches.

Opal doublets dark in bodycolour with fairly good play-of-colour showing a range of green orange and red hues.

Stones in mostly fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges, blue gem has significant abrasion to the surface affecting the appearance of the surface polish.
