Description
A late Victorian 18ct gold diamond five-stone ring, circa 1880. The graduated old-cut diamonds, with rose-cut diamond double spacers and scrolling shoulders. Estimated total old-cut diamond weight 2.40cts, H-J colour, VS2-SI1 clarity. Ring size K. Weight 4gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Chips visible to some of the diamond points with magnification. Small inclusions to the diamonds visible with magnification. Stamped 18. Ring with inner sizing pips.
