Pair of Chinese blue and white lotus bowls, of a deep vessel, steep round sides to flat wide opening rim; raised on slightly concave footed base. The exterior adorned with blue underglazed hand painting of centralized lotus surrounded with scrolling tendrils above the repeating ruyi pattern, banded with double fine blue ring beneath the rim and foot. The central interior decorated with similar design.

Mark on base, six blue script -KaiShu- characters, GuangXu Reign Period of Great Qing.
