Description
Homer Laughlin Dove Gray Fiesta Teapot Circa 1950 to 1959: Collectors of Harlequin pottery love the teapot shape with its great triangular lines and tappering body adorned with concentric rings. Subtle yet powerful design elements, like the very art deco graduating details at the base of the handle and ends of the knob on the lid set this design above the rest. This example in the hard to find gray 50s glaze is in excellent condition and will please any collector. A tiny nick to lip of lid, the rest excellent. Nearly 10" from handle to spout and over 6" tall the teapot holds 34.5oz. PROVENANCE: The Estate of a Litchfield Connecticut Antique & Art Dealer.
