Description
Ancient Spain, 4th to 3rd century BCE. Very fine bronze standing votive figure. He stands with legs together, one arm tucked tight to his body, the other with his left hand slightly raised, face with angular features. Most of the ancient cultures around the Mediterranean created small bronze votive figures as household gods or to be placed at various temples for the divine intervention of the gods. A nice example! Custom stand. Size: 2.5" H (6.4 cm)
