This is a lovely ladies 1950's platinum and diamond wristwatch by Omega with 10.00cts.  The watch features a cover lid design with a graduating double row design centrally set with a hinged cover.  The cover is centrally set with 21 marquise cut diamonds that weigh 3.65cts.  There are also 149 round brilliant cut diamonds that weigh  6.35cts, 10.00cts total weight.  They are set in a handmade platinum mounting that weighs 32.73dwt.  The watch mesures 6" long.  It has a high grade Swiss movement by Omega, Cal 580 with 17  jewels that is in running condition.  The watch is topped with an original silver painted dial with applied white gold stick indexes.
