TERRYVILLE, CONNECTICUT CANDLESTAND CLOCK, 3" pressed zinc dial with Roman numerals, 30-hour time only movement with three-arm torsion pendulum and thumb screw regulation, brass back cover marked "Terry Ville Manufacturing Company, Patented Oct. 5th, 1852, Terryville, Conn.", original free-blown deep fiery opalescent glass stand, lacking glass dome. Fitted in a Victorian glass dome and wooden base. Non-original key. Circa 1860. 8 1/4" H clock on stand only.
Currently running, face with later gold and black paint, glass stand undamaged.
