Staffordshire / Liverpool and other areas. 19th century. 1 1/2" to 2" H, 2" to 4" D.
Stoneware example undamaged with a minor manufacturing loss to one flower, wooden example with two very minor age cracks at top, other with shallow chip to mouth interior.
