Description

Effe.Bi (Italian, founded 1930), contemporary. A matched pair of "Poltrona Merlino" black wrought iron armchairs, deliberately disproportionate and having a medallion shaped woven back, out swept openwork elbow rests and oversized serpentine shaped woven seat raised on front double cabriole legs terminating in a single flat foot. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 42", width 32.6" (front leg to leg), seat depth 23.5", seat height 17.25".
