Patinated metal, obverse-painted glass, four sockets
Shades marked Handel 5208 RG
38" x 22", shades: 7" x 4 1/2" ea.
Provenance: The period Craftsman Home of Ralph and Linda Sherman Johnston, which is featured in Ray Stubblebine’s 2006 book, Stickley Craftsman Homes on pages 179-184. Their home was based on Stickley’s Craftsman Home Design #30 published in 1905.

Condition
Shades: overall very good condition. Fixture: overall good original condition. Photo shows canopy to ceiling plate lowered, when installed that slides up central bar to mount flush with ceiling plate. Shells and acorn pulls to light sockets are original, interiors of light sockets are replaced. Fixture has been rewired but one socket is not consistently lighting and may need wiring tightened or replaced.
