Visual: Each: Generally good condition. Varnish discoloration throughout. The first with areas of flaking, instability and paint loss scattered along the left edge. The second with areas of fine craquelure scattered throughout. Blacklight: The first: Apparent older restoration along the entire left side, upper right, lower left and a small spot in the center. A dime-sized spot of newer touch-up in the center. Difficult to read under varnish. The second: Apparently no restoration under blacklight. Difficult to read under varnish.
