A set of concept illustrations for the alien "Sheliak" featured in the Star Trek: The Next Generation" episode "Ensigns of Command". The Sheliak were a non humanoid life form whose home world was located in the Shelia star system. This set features a photocopy of the final design with attached fabric swatch and a prelim design in pencil of the costume with the actor inside. Items vary in size from 12" x 17" to 8.5" x 14" and come from the collection of award winning costume designer Robert Blackman.
