A gem-set heart brooch and a turquoise stickpin. The brooch designed as a heart-shape garnet and split pearl cluster suspended within a heart-shape halo, the stickpin set with a pear-shape turquoise cabochon. Length of brooch 2.5cms. Length of stickpin head 0.8cm. Total weight 4.1gms.

Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

The heart gem cluster is a replacement within an Edwardian surround.

The pin of the stickpin in a replacement, possible conversion.

The turquoise is a very slightly rgeenish blue hue.

The garnet is a slightly purplish red hue.

The split pearls are fairly well matched.
