Table: chips to the underside edge lining. No chips to the visible areas of the top. Light stains and spots. The top swivels but can be locked into place. Chairs: Very clean with no holes, tears, or stains. No chips or cracks. Light wear to the finish of the wood consistent with age and use. All pieces are sturdy and structurally sound. All pieces have the original finish. Overall, excellent condition.
