DI-1 DIVIDED PRESSED OPEN SALT, medium amber, scalloped rim with scrolls on the exterior, fleur-de-lis design to the body, flat serrated-top divider, raised on four figural paw-feet. Very rare. Possibly New England area. 1830-1850. 1 7/8" H, 2" x 3 1/2".

Body proof, rim near proof with a shallow chip to the interior, feet in excellent overall condition with one having a shallow chip to the underside, another with a bruise to the underside, a third with a minute refracting annealing line between the toes, as made.
