In this immaculately drawn Akstafa, four star medallions placed on the blue ground of the field are interspersed with large birds arranged in pairs. Beautiful colours. – Uniformly low pile, both end finishes have been restored; the selvedges have been replaced and the corroded black-brown outlines restored.
