Description
A nicely preserved complete Saturday March 12, 1887 Vanity Fair with the Orginal Litho of General George Boulanger titled "La Revenche". There is in addition a original "Spy" strilke off litho, from November 18, 1887 of Major Lord Henry Arthur George Somerset who hunts much with his fathers hounds, is the best of sons, a true Somerset, a gentleman, a good sportsman, good natured and of much solid sense. He abhors cant and prigs. His nickname is "Podge". PROVENANCE: A Private London, UK and Charleston SC Collection. Measures 19x15 Wt 1 pd.
