Description:Peter Gorse was born in Slovenia and emigrated to the Untitled States where he first worked in the steel mills in Aliquippa. After a period of time he went to Barber School and opened a Barber Shop in Aliquippa. Peter began painting in the basement of the Barber Shop where he established a studio. He volunteered at the local Elementary School where he taught art one day a week.
