GEORGE DILLON
(1906 - 1968) American editor and poet, his "The Flowering Stone" won the 1932 Pulitzer Prize for Poetry. He also edited Poetry Magazine, 1937-49. A.L.S. 1p. 4to., Paris, Apr. 7, 1945, in part: "...In '25 or '26 a small brochure of 'The World Goes Turning' was published...At about the same time the University of Chicago Press issued a pamphlet 'White Spring Wedding' in connection with the award of the annual Fish Prize..." Very good.
