T.L.S. on Tuskegee Institute letterhead, 1p. oblong 8vo., Tuskegee, June 27, 1936 to an ex-student. In part: "...I am happy to learn that my dear boy is well, working hard, and making progress. I am also glad that you are getting rain and that the prospect for crops looks good... I shall be happy to see you at any time that you should come down. The latch string is always on the outside for you...". Folds, else very good.
