There are scattered pin-tip sized spots of white paint to the surface overall. These are removeable with your fingernail. The underside of the kettle shows signs of use / heat. The base where the kettle sets is no longer perfectly round. There is tarnish to the interior of the lid and the finial or handle of the lid is bent. The body of the kettle sustains two 1" dents. There are two new screws in the base.
