This bright and colorful 1960s poster, by West Coast illustrator Chas. Allen, was created to promote Hawaii tourism.  Because they were distributed to travel agents, not many of these posters survived.  The one being offered in this lot was professionally mounted on linen and is in excellent condition.  The image of surfers and giant waves rolling in is approximately 25" x 37-1/2".  Mounted, this rare art piece measures approximately 28" x 41".
