SEMI-ANTIQUE PERSIAN HERIZ ROOM-SIZE CARPET, all-over floral and foliate design, central medallion with floral forms extending toward each end, main border in blue with floral and foliate design, outer border in cream, inner border in red. Probably first half 20th century. 11' 8" x 8' 3".
Very good condition overall, expected wear, one edge with a large area of loss and some minor losses to guard edge, a tear along the same edge that has remnants of an old repair, and some scattered minor old repairs.
