Lot includes one handwritten transcription of the music, one photostat negative of the transcription, several copies made from the photostat negative, one printed professional copy, one correspondence between Tempo Music and Commander Publications transferring the copyright with Ruth Ellington's (then Ruth James) signature, and one original copyright contract, with the signatures of Duke Ellington, Billy Strayhorn, and Johnny Mercer, who later provided the lyrics.

Copies from the Photostat negative are starting to yellow around the edges. The letter from Commander Publications has staple holes and a crease on upper left corner.
