Description
Massachusetts, probably Salem, circa 1790 - 1810. A fine Federal period tilt top tea table having a diamond shaped top with serpentine molded edge tilting above a ring and baluster-turned support over a tripod base with cabriole legs terminating in snake feet. Approximate height 28", width 22.5", depth 22.25". Provenance: From the Estate of Dr. Woody Cobbs and Mrs. Honor Cobbs, Atlanta, Georgia.
