UKRAINE, 20TH CENTURY
A golden era Russian Impressionism painting by Victor Kirilovich Gaiduk. The piece depicts a fall landscape with a running river in the background.
Pavluk Arkady Grigorievich, who was born in 1925 in Kiev city, Ukraine. Since 1932 he is living in Vinnitsa city.
In 1940 Arkady Grigorievich entered the Odessa art College, were he was studying for a year, till the beginning of Great Patriotic War in 1940
1943-1950 Pavliuk was a member of Red Army. For the participation in the Second World War, he is rewarded by medals and orders.
1952-1958 was studying in Kharkov Art Institute, after graduating was teaching in Kharkov art school named after Repin.
1970-comeing back to Vinnitsa.
Arkady Grigorievich is member of Union of Artists of Ukraine. He is Honourable Artist of Ukraine.
His works are in the museums of Moscow, Kiev, Kharkov, Semipalatinsk, Vinnitsa.
