Knoll continues to produce each chair to Mies's original specifications, thanks to a collaboration with the Mies van der Rohe Archives and the Museum of Modern Art, New York.The Flat Bar Brno Chair features a frame in 304 bar stock stainless steel which is hand-grained and hand-buffed to a mirror finish. There are no visible connections between the seat and frame. Constructed of durable hardwood and cushioned with Italian Spinneyback leather, Dymetrol seat suspension enhances the chair's comfort level. This modern masterpiece was awarded a space in The Museum of Modern Art, New York, USA, 1977.This is a set of 8 chairs in blue leather. (Retail price paid is $16,000)
