Includes: 1) "Stride Toward Freedom," Martin Luther King, Jr., Harper & Brothers, New York, 1958, 1st edition, with dust jacket. Book good, with some soiling and glue stains on pasted interior sheets. Some general aging. DJ has loss on bottom, top spine area, all edges and rear is missing a paper tear of approx. 2" x 2" on the top. Still a very nice copy; 2) Four photos, mainly press photos, of Dr. King, including when he was stabbed with a letter opener, a family photo, with Ralph Abernathy and a close-up; also one photo of James Meredith as he was confined to his car by hecklers; 3) MLK pamphlet/book by Laurence G. Henry, 1968; 4) MLK "I Have a Dream" mourning pin with purple ribbon. 5) Life Magazine, April 12, 1968 featuring MLK; 6) Life Magazine, September 12, 1969 featuring Coretta Scott King.
