This is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE PAIR of EARRINGS that was made during the 1930s from PLATINUM with 14k white gold screw-on backs that are new and not original to the earrings. The posts seem a little short, so if you have fat lobes, they may not suit you. The earrings are bezel-set (top) with 2 OLD MINE CUT DIAMONDS of H & J color, I clarity that weigh approx. .20 ctw. The center diamonds are prong-set OLD MINE CUTS of H to I color, SI & I clarity that weigh approx. .60 ctw. The bottom diamonds are prong-set OLD MINE CUTS of H to I color, SI clarity that weigh approx. .90 ctw. The total diamond weight is approx. 1.70 carats. The 4 largest diamonds have GORGEOUS WHITE SPARKLE and they are "?"?EYE CLEAN" with a FINELY DETAILED HEART SETTING! The earrings are detailed with 2 NATURAL PEARLS that measure 4.3 mm and they have a creamy color. The largest setting at the bottom measures 6.5 mm in diameter. The earrings measure 1-7/17"? long and the total weight is 4.4 grams. The sides of the earrings show minor soldering from when they were made and I am only stating this for accuracy.
