18 karat white gold, diamond and ruby brooch, of 1 circular design with 2 rows of 41 graduated old round cut diamonds and a flower composed of rubies centering 1 round diamond, set with 41 round diamonds weighing approximately 4.25 carats and 7 pear rubies weighing approximately 2.50 carats, measuring 1 3/8 by 1 1/8 inch, gross weight 10.3 grams. Diamonds are mostly SI clarity and GH color. Accompanied by Milano CISGEM report number 443 dated 2015-03-27 stating the rubies to be of Myanmar (formerly Burma) origin with NO indications of heating.
