A delightful Art Deco bar brooch set with old mine cut diamonds, in 14K gold, United Kingdom or France, circa 1920's - 1940's. This fine brooch has been beautifully crafted out of 14 karat white gold and set with 37 round old mine cut diamonds totaling, approximately, 2.76 carat. The central 0.31 carat fancy colored diamond is a light orangey brown hue and is flanked by two diamonds each 0.30 carats with very good color (F - H) and clarity (VVS - VS). Complementing them are 34 round cut diamonds ranging in size from 0.0125 carats to 0.15 carats. All the gems have with very good color (E - I) and clarity (VVS - VS). The brooch is in excellent vintage condition, showing only expected signs of wear and has only been lightly cleaned to maintain its fine patina. it weighs approximately 6.05 grams and measures 1.24 inches (3.15 cm) wide by 0.72 inches (1.8 cm) tall. It is not marked but tested positive for 14Kt gold. Charming!
