The set of ladles identical in form, gilt washed bowls with satin finish, chasework to rim and bowl, chasing near stem extraordinarily mimicking pear-cut diamonds, raised rib extending length of stem, handle with berries and leaves in high relief, terminating with scrollwork and four amplified circles, each handle engraved J.A. to J.R. to obverse and Dec. 25th 1874 to reverse.
Condition
Minor rubbing and scratching to gilt, otherwise surface scratches commensurate with age, polishing and use.
