From the ancient Near East, Iran, ca. 18th century CE. Unusual terracotta plate showing strong Asian influence. Group of three people are collecting apples, one upon a long ladder, two upon the ground, beautiful floral pattern along rim. Size: 9-1/2" in diameter.
