A rare pair of circa 1700s, early 1800s cut steel scissors or shears. The scissors are signed on both sides of the handles. They have tapered holes for your finigers and are beautifully made buy a skilled craftsman. Overall dimensions are 7 3/8" long x 1 7/8" across the handles.
