Lanckton” is printed on the form as the Justice of the Peace Court for the Town of Pittsfield, Massachusetts. [2] leaves, each printed on 1 side. Blank side is taken up by a blurb on Sir John Franklin handwritten by another person in pencil. Very good. ++ Portions of a handwritten document related to subsistence for R. Lanckton, Jr. (138 days, 3 rations per day) and his servant (72 days, 1 ration per day). Certifies that the servant was not “from the line of the army.” Worn.
