"The Connoisseur's Arnheim Edition, this edition of the Complete works of Edgar Allan Poe is limited to Two Hundred signed and Numbered sets, of which this is Number 168" Edited by Charles F. Richardson, Illustrated by Frederick Simpson Coburn. This beautiful set of books is from the library of, and has the bookplate of M.C. Gaines, who founded E.C. Comics and co-published All-American Publications, the comic book company that introduced Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, and Hawkman. His son, William Gaines, publisher and co-editor of E.C. Comics went on to publish Mad Magazine.
