A Famille Rose, Diamond Shaped Vase with Wood Base, "Sheng De Tang" Mark, Early 20th Century.
This famille rose vase is diamond shaped and has three sawtooth designs on each upper and lower edge. There is a Greek Key design near the bottom of the vase. Each side is painted with birds and flowers. One side has two cranes with pink flowers, one with two sparrows with pink, red, and blue flowers, one with two birds with red flowers, and one with two birds with pink flowers. There is a blue floral border near the top of the vase. There is a four-character "Sheng De Tang" mark on the bottom of the vase. The vase is approximately 6 1/2 inches in height without the wooden base and is 4 7/8 inches at the widest point. Condition: It is in good condition.
