Structurally sound and in good condition. General wear, such as scuffs, scratches, and a few age cracks throughout, as well as repairs and restorations, as is expected for the age of the piece. A few areas of stain or varnish discoloration. The set of steps is not accompanied by a porcelain commode pot.
