ROLEX PRESIDENT OYSTER PERPETUAL DAY-DATE CHRONOMETER, ref. # 1803, an automatic men's watch in a 18K solid gold case with a serial #42055xx, manufactured in 1974. The watch is solid and heavy with a total weight 121 g! The watch comes in nice clean condition including its original 18k solid-gold Rolex President bracelet with a folding clasp, that closes tightly and precisely, and would fit up to 7 1/2" inch. (19 cm) wrist size.

This timepiece is equipped with a genuine vintage Rolex 26 jewels automatic 1556 Cal. chronometer movement, adjusted to five positions and temperature, that is running strong and keeping time.

The watch looks stunning with it's rare original black-color finish dial. The heavy 18k gold case, as well as the bracelet, appear clean and sharp with a rich gold color.

There are appropriate reference and serial numbers stamped between lugs. The original Rolex crystal with a magnifying "bubbled" window over the date aperture is clean and scratch-free.
