Late 19th or early 20th century Austrian Orientalist table lamp executed in brass, the crescent form finial surmounting a pierced brass shade with scalloped rim and bottom edge hung with pink glass beaded fringe above an urn form body, the whole resting on a circular base, 24"h, together with a 20th century gouache on card painting of a traveler in the desert, arist signed 'T. Fabon' at lower right with plaque inscribed on verso 'Collection of / John Sloane Bissell / Washington, D.C.,' 9.5"h x 7.5"w, overall size including frame 14"h x 12.25"w x 1"d.
